Carmen Ene is the CEO of BNP Paribas 3 Step IT, a leading European provider of circular technology management. With over two decades of experience in IT and finance, Carmen has held senior leadership roles at IBM, including Vice President of Enterprise in Global Business Services and General Manager of Global Financing in Italy and Northeast Europe.
In 2015, she became CEO of 3stepIT, a Nordic pioneer in circular technology management. Under her leadership, the company grew by 70% and, in 2019, entered a strategic joint venture with BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions. This collaboration led to the creation of BNP Paribas 3 Step IT, which now operates in 11 European countries, manages over 2.5 million devices, and helps businesses reduce e-waste and embrace more sustainable IT practices.
