At ITAD Europe, we commit significant resources well in advance of the event, including venue reservations, hotel accommodations, catering, and other non-refundable commitments. To ensure we can deliver a high-quality experience for all attendees, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all ticket purchases:

1. Register as an attendee – risk-free! You can cancel your ticket registration within 24 hours of purchase for a refund after the event or credit to next year’s event —no questions asked. Subject to 10 to 20% processing fee by the bank and/or ticketing system.
   
   
2. For Attendee Ticket refunds (after 24 hours since purchase), will be charged 20% cancellation processing fee and will be processed after the event. No ticket refunds or ticket transfer to the next event after February 13, 2026 due to finalized headcount with the venue and catering.
   
   
3. If an Attendee Ticket is transferred to the next event upon the request of the ticket holder, it may only be transferred once. If not used on the next event, the ticket will forfeit.
   
   
4. Exhibitor / Sponsorship cancellations will be charged a 50% cancellation processing fee. After January 1, 2026, refund will not be possible.
   
   
5. For Exhibitor / Sponsorship packages paid after January 1, 2026, you can only cancel the package within 24 hours of purchase for a refund after the event (subject to 50% processing fee) or transfer the package to next year’s event (may only be transferred once).
   
   
6. For attendees coming from overseas, we highly recommend processing your Visa prior to purchasing a ticket. No ticket transfers, credit to next event and refund requests will be entertained that are due to Visa Application issues by January 1, 2026.
   
   
7. If a Letter of Invitation for Visa Purposes is requested and issued, cancellation, refund, ticket transfers to another person or to the next event will not be allowed.
   
   
8. If a refund is approved, registration payments made via credit card will only be refunded to the original credit card used, and will be processed within 3 to 6 weeks after the event.
   
   
9. Once payment is made, ITAD Europe 2026 considers this policy read and accepted by the attendee/exhibitor/sponsor.
