Kevin J. Dillon is the Co-Founder, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Sales Officer of ERI, the largest fully integrated IT and electronics asset disposition provider and cybersecurity-focused hardware destruction company in the United States. Since co-founding ERI, Kevin has overseen corporate sales, marketing, acquisitions, and business development, helping scale the company to process over a billion pounds of e-waste annually across its eight certified locations. A recognized authority in the ITAD and electronics recycling space, he is a frequent global speaker, panelist, and contributor to leading industry publications. Prior to ERI, Kevin held leadership roles at financialaid.com, Southwestern Bell Communications, and Johnson & Johnson, bringing diverse experience in sales, technology, and business growth.
